Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all tags attached.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team at  strikealgo@gmail.com 
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
  3. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
  • Strike Algo is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Return & Refund Window

  • Return Period: 30 days from delivery
  • Refund Processing Time: Within 10 business days after approval
  • Restocking Fee: None
  • Return Method: By mail
  • Return Label: Customer responsibility (unless item is faulty or incorrect)

Refunds

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The item is not returned in its original condition
  • The item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Shipping costs
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalised or custom-made products

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
